Waifit- Does It Work?
Does Waifit Actually Help You Lose Weight?
That’s a great question, and of course, before you spend money on a weight loss product you want to know that it works. So first let me assure you, Waifit products most certainly DO work, in conjunction with some healthy choices, like propr eating habits and moderate exercise.
Testimonials
Before I get too far into testimonials I want to direct you to the pictures over there to the right. Those people ere people from Waiora’s corporate office… staff who agreed to add Waifit products to their daily regimen to make sure the product did work. One of those gentlemen has a heart issue and was not allowed to exercies as per doctor’s orders. He STILL lost 36 pounds!
I know most of those Waifit testers personally, so it was easier for me to trust the program. Since Waiora launched their Waifit product line to the public, we have distributors trying the products to help them lose weight, and then we have whomever the distributors speak with and share the product line with… so the testimonials are beginning to come in.
Mark Skipper says~ "Wow, Just returned from eating my way thru Las Vegas for 4 Days. Meat, potatoes, meat, more potatoes. Didn’t take a meal replacement, vitamins, or any Fiber. All I took was three burn caps a day and I lost another pound. For one meal at the buffet, I ate a steak, turkey, ribs, prime rib, mashed potatoes, pasta, a plate of peeled shrimp, and two chocolate desserts.( Dean and Dr. Kurt witnessed it) Also three meals consisted of burgers and fries and for breakfast, donuts and coffee. Bottom line is without Dedi there to make me eat like a normal person should, I ate what I enjoy and still lost weight. Probably wasn’t too great for my heart, but to eat like that for 4 days and still lose weight with only the burn caps was a true test that our Waifit really works. Back on the proper regiment again as Dedi is watching and I will keep you updated."
OK so we don’t really want you to eat like Mark did for 4 days, and I suspect his weight loss would be short lived if he ate like that all the time, but isn’t it nice to know that you can have a weekend of pleasure and not totally destroy your goals?
Pamela Eaker says~ "I started the cleanse program stopped on the 4 day (travel), and then restarted it again 5 days later. I was worried that I may have really messed it up. Nevertheless, I just finished my second week on waiFit. I lost 11 pounds from the cleanse program and maintained 10 of those pounds the second week. I realize that this may not sound like much to the guys that are really dropping the weight, but I’m very motivated because for me, this is a huge victory. Normally I will not see a weight loss the first 2 weeks of dieting. I exercise with the elliptical on workdays (up to 15 minutes) and eat the 5 combo.
I lost 2 inches of belly fat and my BMI is down from 29.5 to 27.9 in 14 days."
Each of us has different goals, and different expectations. I know it is hard to be carrying around those extra pounds, but slow and steady while making lifestyle changes that will last a lifetime… those are the habits that stick! Congratulations Pamela!
Becky Wingard says~ "Beginning of week 3- Well, I lost 3 pounds this week. I can feel the difference in my clothes and my husband actually told me that he could tell a difference in my appearance in my neck area. I feel pretty good. The energy level is great and I’m not hungry. That’s the best part. Total lost so far is 8 pounds."
Our bodies got this way one day at a time, and we need to fix our bodies one day at a time. A very good friend, and someone I considered very wise, once said to me… "It isn’t what you do one day that counts. It’s what you do every day." In other words, one order of fries is a slip. An order of fries every day is obesity…
Jane Wasmund says~ "Well – maybe really there is one in there yet – a skinny girl that is – well a long way from that – but so far have lost 8 inches – which seems incredible to me – still staying around 12 pounds off – but with the changes in medications which started the same time I started waiFit – not complaining."
It has been very good for ME too, researching and sharing these Waifit testimonials. I sometimes forget myself that my Rome wasn’t built in a day either. I need to be consistent and vigilant in my healthy eating habits, regular moderate exercise and using my Waifit weight loss products. There is a NEW Shelley Penney who can hardly wait to meet you.
